Skins

I think I’ve re-watched the first x4 seasons of skins at least 3 times. There’s something about this show that always brings me back. It’s fun, it’s messy, it’s heart wrenching. Although it does have a bit of a cult-following these days, it is severely underrated.

The Office

It’s crazy to think I only watched The Office for the first time a year or two ago but let me tell you it really lives up to the hype. It’s such an easy watch that you can throw on any time and just about anyone can enjoy it. It has made my partner, and I laugh out loud more times than I care to admit, and I will forever be at war over simultaneously loving and hating Michael Scott.

Fleabag

Another show that is super underrated! This show is criminally short for how funny and touching it is. It’s one I recommend to absolutely everyone because of how much it makes me cry, laugh and it’s take on the feminine experience.

Skam

This is the show that made me create a Duolingo account to learn Norwegian. I found it in high school and fell deeply in love with it. There’s something about it that just feels so real despite it being in a completely different language. Season 2 will forever be my comfort episodes.

Degrassi

This monster of a show is kind of hard to get into given how many seasons and generations there are to it, but I reckon you could pick up just about anywhere and figure your way around it. I grew up with seasons 7 through 13 and a little while ago tried tackling it from the beginning because of how re-watchable it is.
