I heard BigX for the first time in one of my friends’ cars. Her Holden Commodore's speakers boost the bass through your body like crazy and if you’re into that teeth-vibrating type of beat, then BigX is definitely for you. One of my fondest memories of Feb is the both of us sitting in her car, in the carpark of our netball trials just absolutely dreading having to get out and get on the court. Nothing like melting into a car seat with some good bass music blasting.

One for my little emo heart – pop punk and heavy metal will forever be one of my favourite genres of all time. I’m always on the hunt for new music and after having a couple of Dayseeker’s songs on my gym playlist, I stumbled across this one which has been another repeater for the month.
Enemy by Trueblood
Ahhh TikTok... Have been obsessed with this band’s cover of Hard Times by Paramore so of course I had to check out their original music. I haven’t looked into them too deeply, but a very young – what looks like – garage band. God watching their TikToks make me wish I was 15 and in a band – really giving me nostalgia for a time I never experienced.
Red Vineyard by Diggy Graves
A friend of my fiance and I moved in with us recently which means more music to discover! He put me onto this one and I’m absolutely obsessed with the hook. Super catchy and vibey. Rap will never not be a favourite of mine.
Remembering Sunday by All Time Low & Juliet Simms
One thing I’ll always appreciate about Wattpad, is when authors create playlists for their characters. I found this one from ‘See Me” by Tella Alvarez, in her spotify playlist titled “Seren”. This song is so pretty, one of those ones that make you wish someone would write a song about you.
